Retail establishments located within the residential zones of the Township
of Maplewood, except eat-in restaurants and pharmacies, shall only be open
or conduct business between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through
Saturday, and between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.
The Township Clerk shall forward a copy of this article to all affected
retail establishments located within the residential zones of the Township
of Maplewood.
