It shall be unlawful to dump, deposit and leave
any dead animals, dead poultry, slaughterhouse refuse and offal, garbage,
spoiled vegetables or fruits or any material of like character subject
to decay, ashes, tin cans, paper or like waste material upon the public
streets or highways of Plainsboro Township or private lands immediately
adjacent thereto. For the purpose of this article, all private property
distant not more than 50 feet from the side lines of said streets
and highways shall be deemed adjacent to said streets and highways.

Violation of the provisions of this article
by any person, firm or corporation shall subject such person, firm
or corporation so violating the same to a fine or penalty not exceeding
$500, or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days in the county jail, or
both.
