The five separate sewer districts in the Town
of Bethel, known as "Original Kauneonga Lake Sewer District," "Kauneonga
Lake Extension District," "West Shore Road Extension District," "17B
Extension District" and the "Country Club Estates Extension District,"
shall all be consolidated and known as the "Kauneonga Lake Sewer District,"
which shall thereupon take possession of and operate all facilities
and submit and collect all tax charges pursuant to law.
