[The operation of the village water system was turned over to the
Onondaga County Water Authority by lease agreement made 9-18-1974, a copy
of which is on file in the Village Office. Since all operations are thus under
the control of the Authority, the provisions of this chapter are of no practical
effect and have therefore been deleted. This deletion notwithstanding, the
provisions of this chapter are not repealed and shall be in effect at such
time as the village regains operational control of the water system.]
