Where a district boundary line divides a lot existing at the time such line is adopted, the regulations relating to the less restricted portion of such lot may extend not more than 30 feet into the more restricted portion, provided that the lot has frontage in the less restricted district, and further provided that this Subsection D shall not apply to the boundaries of Wetland and Floodplain Districts.
