Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay of fine not less than $200 nor more than $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, and/or 90 days of community service for each offense, and the machine or device may be impounded after notice and/or opportunity to be heard is provided. Impounded machines shall be released upon payment of the fine in addition to any costs associated with impounding or storage of the machines. Licenses may be revoked by the Division in accordance with § 170-25.
