Three copies of the rules and regulations adopted
by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as above described, have
been placed on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall remain
on file until final action is taken on this chapter so that the public
at large might view and examine the same.
The City of East Orange adopts by reference
the Flood Insurance Study prepared for it, dated February 4, 1988,
listed as Community No. 340181, as well as the countywide Flood Insurance
Map which is dated June 4, 2007, listed as Community Panel No. 340181-0112F,
which map identifies the floodways and flood hazard areas within the
City of East Orange.
The City of East Orange hereby designates the
City Construction Official as the official of the City of East Orange
responsible for complying with the eligibility requirement set forth
in 44 CFR 59.21 et seq.
