The Township of Mantua hereby adopts, as official
and subject to judicial notice in all criminal prosecution, a schematic
map of the entire municipality which includes a representation of
all school property with a one-thousand-foot boundary around the same
establishing Drug-Free School Zones.
B.Â
A copy of said map shall be forwarded to the office
of the Gloucester County Prosecutor.
A copy of said map is on file with the Township
Clerk and the Mantua Police Department.
The Township of Mantua adopts the provisions
of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotics Enforcement
Directive 5.2 that it shall be the responsibility of every law enforcement
department, in conjunction with the County Prosecutor, to determine
the outer boundaries of the property owned by the school which are
used for school purposes and to determine the perimeter of the School
Safety Zone, established by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, which extends 1,000
feet in all directions from the outer boundaries of school property.
