No establishment or entity located within the borders of the City of
Rahway shall have on any part of its premises a vending machine used for the
sale or distribution of cigars, cigarettes or any other tobacco substance.
Establishments which are regulated by the State and City Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board and do not have a bona fide restaurant, diner, guest room, private
or public dining room are exempt from this article.
Restaurants, diners, private and public entity facilities and liquor
stores are not exempt from this article and must comply with its regulations.
