GENERAL REFERENCES
Secondhand dealers — See Ch. 296.
No County-owned or County-leased property, parking lots, or buildings and grounds shall be used for soliciting, peddling, vending or for business purposes.
A. 
Excluded from the foregoing provisions of § 276-1 is the County fairgrounds property on Libertyville Road in the Town of New Paltz, except for those portions which are part of the pool and pool parking lot.
B. 
Excluded from the foregoing provisions of § 276-1 are those County-owned or County-leased buildings that the County Executive deems to have appropriate space to lease to disabled persons or veterans of the United States military for the purposes of selling goods or services, and the letting of such space shall conform with the policy set forth by the Ulster County Legislature. This exclusion includes the installation of a kiosk providing information and promoting businesses owned by disabled persons and veterans.

A violation of this chapter shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
