A.
Any existing so-called private road henceforth to be
eligible for plowing and sanding by the town shall be brought to a thirty-two-foot
right-of-way and 16 feet of hard surface between the shoulders. Said road
must be of sufficient gravelled base to support year-around traffic.
B.
The above conditions shall be financed by other than
town funds.
C.
When the proposed road has met these specifications,
it may be presented to the townspeople for acceptance as a town way.
Any newly constructed road shall have a fifty-foot right-of-way and
18 feet of hard surface between the shoulders.
