All unclaimed money or property, other than motor vehicles, which is
recovered by the Department of Public Safety shall be processed and handled
in accordance with 1987 PA 273, MCLA § 434.21 et seq., as amended.

Editor's Note: Sections 6-8 of Ord. No. 1448, adopted October 17,
1986, repealed former §§ 26-41—26-43, pertaining to disposition
of money, sale of other property and disposition of unsold property, respectively.
