An energy code for residential rental properties is hereby adopted,
utilizing the provisions of § 101.122, Wis. Stats., and adopting,
by reference, the provisions thereof, together with those provisions pertaining
thereto as contained in the Wisconsin Administrative Code.
The fees for the Building Inspector and the fees required by the Building
Inspector of individual owners may be set, from time to time, by the Common
Council.
