[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Westfield
as § 6-2-15 of the 1985 Code; amended in its entirety at time of
adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent amendments
noted where applicable.]
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning
indicated:
Includes all beverages commonly known as "soft drinks" or "soda water,"
whether carbonated, uncarbonated, sweetened or flavored. This term does not
include alcohol beverages.
The fee for a soda water beverage license shall be established by the
Village Board. Such license shall be valid for one year and shall expire June
30 of each year. A temporary soda water beverage license may be issued for
a period of less than 14 days upon payment of the fee established by the Village
Board.
