The following public health codes are hereby adopted by reference:
A. 
Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey.
B. 
Individual Sewage Disposal System Code of New Jersey.
C. 
Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey.
D. 
Solid Waste Code of New Jersey.
E. 
Individual and Semipublic Water Supply Code of New Jersey.
F. 
New Jersey State Housing Code.
G. 
Mobile Home Parks Code of New Jersey.
Three copies of each of the codes have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the local Board of Health upon the introduction of this chapter and will remain on file there for use and examination by the public.
A. 
Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of this chapter or the codes established herein or notice issued pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each violation. Each day a violation remains shall be deemed a separate violation for the purpose of penalties assessed.
B. 
Nothing in this section shall prevent the municipality from taking immediate steps to abate a nuisance or protecting the public from exposure to said nuisance. Further, nothing in this section shall prevent the municipality from instituting any action to enforce the provisions of the codes or to recover costs incurred by the municipality in the removal or abatement of any nuisance or violations set forth in the codes.
