Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11A:6-20, there is hereby
established an Employees Accumulated Sick Leave Pay Benefits Trust
Fund for the purpose of payment of earned and unused accumulated sick
leave pursuant to the terms of the applicable provision of the Cinnaminson
Township Salary Ordinance,[1] said account to be funded periodically from the municipal
budget for this purpose.
