It shall be unlawful, during any time of the year, to hunt, gun, kill, catch, capture, injure, destroy or pursue with such intent any of the game birds or other animals as protected by state or federal law within the town limits of the Town of Dover.
This chapter does not apply to fishing within the town limits nor to trapping or destruction of vermin.
Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
