It shall be unlawful for any person to post or cause to be posted any
handbill or placard or other matter or paint or mark or cause to be painted
or marked any advertisement or other matter upon any pole, curb, flagging,
tree and fence on any street in the Town of Dover.
Identification markings on poles as may be required by the Board of
Public Utility Commissioners shall not be construed as a violation of this
chapter.
