Editor’s Note: This ordinance superseded former Ch.
95, Recreation, adopted 12-21-2015 by Ord. No. 2015-10.
Recreation program fees shall be established by ordinance and
revised as needed. The ordinance shall be on file in the office of
the Municipal Clerk and available for public inspection during regular
business hours.
The Township Manager may hire part-time and seasonal employees
to effectively organize, manage and supervise recreation programs.
Township Council has established a recreation trust fund pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.56 providing for all fees collected for recreation
programs to be deposited in such trust fund to be used solely for
the purpose of operation of such programs. The trust fund shall be
administered in accordance with financial guidelines pertaining to
all public funds and in accordance with the Township budgetary system.
