The purpose of this article is to establish the position of
Clerk in accordance with the authority granted to the Borough by N.J.S.A.
40A:9-133.
A.Â
The position of Clerk is hereby established.
B.Â
The Clerk, in addition to all of the duties of the Clerk of the Borough
of Folsom, shall perform such additional administrative duties as
may be assigned by the Borough of Folsom from time to time and as
enumerated in the job descriptions.[1]
