This chapter shall be entitled "Peace and Good Order."
The purpose and intent of this chapter is to establish standards of conduct for persons in public places within the Borough of Folsom.
A. 
No person shall disturb or unreasonably interfere with any person occupying any area or legally participating in a public activity in a public place.
B. 
No person shall expose or offer for sale any article or thing, nor shall any person station or place any stand, car or vehicle for transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing except as may be permitted consistent with ordinances of the Borough of Folsom.
C. 
No person shall improperly fail to obey or interfere with any Borough official or employee in the proper performance of their duties.
D. 
No person shall paste, glue, tack, or otherwise post any sign, plaque or advertisement or inscription of any kind or cause to be erected any sign of any kind on any Borough property or any private property without approval of the owner.
Any person or persons found to be in violation of a provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant hereto, upon conviction, shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,250, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
