As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
Any vehicle used or intended to be used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways, and duly licensed as such; and shall include self-propelled vehicles so designed, constructed and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with or portable by said trailer or camp car.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any trailer or camp car on any street, road or avenue in the Borough of Folsom in violation of any ordinance of the said Borough regulating parking of vehicles or for any period longer than 24 hours.
B. 
No trailer or camp car while parked within the limits of the Borough of Folsom shall be used by any person as a dwelling place, place of abode or sleeping place.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any house trailer or camp car on any premises within the limits of the Borough of Folsom except for the purpose of repair, storage or sale. Any such trailer or camp car undergoing repairs or being stored or kept for sale shall be kept within a building and shall not, during any such period of repairs, storage or holding for sale, be used by any person as a dwelling or sleeping place.
No trailer, bus, bus body, truck, truck body, trailer van, railroad car, or movable vehicle shall be placed upon any private property in the Borough of Folsom for the purpose of being used as a dwelling or sleeping place in any manner so as to become affixed to the realty by way of foundation or other attachment.
Trailer parks, tourist camps, camp parks and trailer camps are hereby prohibited within the limits of the Borough of Folsom.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
