A. 
The governing body hereby establishes an Appeals Board, which Board shall hear and determine appeals from decisions rendered by the administrative agent under and pursuant to the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act.[2]

B. 
The Appeals Board shall be composed of three persons chosen by the Mayor. Said persons shall serve without compensation. The term of said appointee shall be for one calendar year.
C. 
As a prerequisite to the filing of an appeal with the Appeals Board, each applicant must pay a fee of $50 to the municipality.

Editor's Note: This section (Original Subsection 10-15.2, Appeals Board, as established by Section 2 of the Borough Ordinance No. 81-39) shall continue in full force and effect until all appeals on applications filed on or before September 1, 1982, are heard and decided. When the final such appeal is heard and decided, the Appeals Board shall be dissolved by operation of law and the balance of Ordinance No. 81-39 shall be deemed repealed.
