No person shall be issued any taxicab license, canvasser's permit, wrecker's license, peddler's license or multiple-dwelling employees' identification card without first having been fingerprinted by the Police Department of the Borough of Fort Lee.
Every individual applicant and every officer, every director and every person having a real or beneficial interest in more than 10% of the stock of any corporate applicant for the issuance or transfer of any liquor license shall be fingerprinted by the Police Department of the borough prior to the issuance or transfer of any such liquor license.
Every applicant and/or person required to be fingerprinted under §§ 212-1 and 212-2 of this chapter shall be required to pay a fee of $26, which shall be collected by the Police Department prior to the fingerprinting.
