A.
All parking areas adjacent to or used by any business
establishment that dispenses food and alcoholic beverages, or either
of them, within the limits of the Borough shall be illuminated from
sundown to sunrise with a light intensity of not less than one footcandle
at any point of the parking area while such business is being conducted.
B.
Parking areas adjacent to or used by any business
establishment that dispenses food or alcoholic beverages shall remain
lighted for 15 minutes after the closing hour of such business.
