Private garages and off-street parking, subject to Article X.

Professional offices as provided in § 410-35A(3).

Greenhouses, subject to § 410-35A.
(6) 
Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use.

Bulk standards:

(1) 
One-family detached dwellings:
(a) 
Minimum lot area: 2,500 square feet.
(b) 
Minimum lot width: 25 feet.
(c) 
Maximum building height: 35 feet/three stories.
(d) 
Maximum lot coverage: 40%.
(e) 
Minimum front yard: zero feet if parking is provided to the rear of the dwelling; 20 feet if parking is provided in front of the dwelling.
(f) 
Minimum side yard: none required. If one is provided, five feet.
(g) 
Minimum rear yard: 25% of lot depth or 25 feet, whichever is less.
(2) 
Two-family detached dwellings and multifamily apartments:
(a) 
Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet.
(b) 
Minimum lot width: 40 feet.
(c) 
Maximum building height:

Two-family detached dwellings and multifamily residential buildings without ground floor parking: 35 feet/three stories.

Multifamily residential buildings with ground floor parking: 40 feet/three residential stories above parking level.
