The method of disbursing moneys for the payment of approved claims shall
be as follows: by check drawn on the Treasurer or other custodian of funds
of the municipality, and after being signed by the Mayor or other chief executive
officer, the same shall be countersigned by the Treasurer or other custodian
of funds.
