Within 45 days from the final adoption of this chapter, all propane,
gas, oil and similar tanks which exceed 25 pounds in weight shall be secured
and affixed so as to prevent dislodging in the case of flood, tornado, high
winds, hurricanes and/or any other Acts of God.
It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to comply with
the terms and conditions of the subject chapter, as such; if the property
is a rental property, it shall be the landlord's responsibility to ensure
compliance with this provision.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who violates this chapter
shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 per day which may be enforced
in the Central Warren Municipal Court or any court having proper jurisdiction
thereof.
