As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any corporation, limited liability company, partnership,
firm, enterprise, franchise, association, sole proprietorship or other
legal entity authorized to do business within the State of New Jersey.
The C-2 Central Business District as delineated within the Zone Map of the Borough (§ 230-1 et seq.)
All individuals employed by a business located within the
Central Business District.
