This district is intended for office buildings for executive, professional and administrative purposes, medical offices, all educational uses and computer and data processing centers and facilities.
Any use not listed in § 230-86 shall be prohibited. Moreover, none of the uses listed in § 230-86 shall include the sale of any products or merchandise, the manufacture, treatment or conversion of any product nor any research or development activity which involves any mechanical, electrical or chemical development testing or treatment of products or instruments.
A. 
Height. No building shall exceed a maximum of three stories or 42 feet in height, whichever is the lesser, except that elevator enclosures, air-conditioning units and similar roof appurtenances may extend above the height limit, provided that they occupy an aggregate of not more than 10% of the area of the roof surface; and further provided that such structures do not extend above the roof surface by more than 10 feet. Unless designed as an integral part of the building, such structures shall be concealed from horizontal view by wall-type structures coordinated with the design of the building.
B. 
Yards. No building shall be located within 75 feet of a property line.
C. 
Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area of 125,000 square feet shall be measured within 500 feet of an adjoining street property line.
D. 
Minimum floor area. There shall be a minimum floor area of 12,500 square feet.
E. 
Maximum building coverage. The aggregate area of all floors of all buildings shall not exceed 40% of the lot area.
F. 
Off-street parking. Off-street parking facilities shall be required, subject to the provisions of Article VI, and in addition shall comply with the following:
(1) 
No parking area shall be located within 10 feet of a building or property line.
(2) 
All loading facilities shall be located in a yard other than a yard adjoining a street.
