There are hereby created the positions of Chief
Financial Officer and Financial Administrative Assistant in Lumberton
Township, which positions may be filled by the Township Committee
by resolution, in its discretion, subject to law.
The Chief Financial Officer and Financial Administrative
Assistant shall be responsible for the general financial recordkeeping
of the Township, as directed by the Township Committee, in accordance
with the requirements of law and the regulations promulgated by the
Department of Community Affairs.
