No person shall operate a motor bike, trail
bike, motorcycle, ski mobile or any other similar motor-driven vehicle
on or upon any private property in the Town of Boxford without written
permission of the owner or legal occupant thereof.

No person shall operate a motor bike, trail
bike, motorcycle, ski mobile or any other similar motor-driven vehicle
on or upon any property of the Town of Boxford other than a traveled
public way without written permission of the Select Board or the Chief
of Police.
Any person in violation of the above shall be
punished by a fine of not more than $100 for each offense.
