There is hereby established a Local Civil Defense
Council pursuant to N.J.S.A. App. A:9-41 et seq., the head of which
shall be the Municipal Disaster Control Director, who shall be appointed
by the Manager.
The Local Civil Defense Council shall be composed
of five members, who shall be appointed by the Manager and shall serve
at his will and pleasure.
The Local Civil Defense Council and the Director
thereof shall have all the functions, powers and duties prescribed
by N.J.S.A. App. A:9-41 et seq.
