The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 150-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 150-33) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III (§ 150-34) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 150-35) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
No person shall stop or stand any vehicle on the following areas of land owned by the Evesham Township Board of Education:
(1) 
Jaggard School. Both sides of Westcott Road around the entire circumference of the circle driveway, said circle being located on the east side of the school building and on the west side of Westcott Road.
(2) 
Middle School. Both sides of the driveway from Tomlinson Mill Road (Willow Bend Road) at the main entrance to the driveway on the east side of the school building in a westerly direction along the driveway to the curve and southeast from the curve to the southeast corner of the school building; thence west around the circle driveway back to the southeast corner of the school building and east along the driveway on Tomlinson Mill Road.
B. 
No person shall stop or stand any vehicle on the following areas of land owned by the Lenape Regional Board of Education:
(1) 
Cherokee High School. Both sides of the driveway from Willow Bend Road in a southeasterly direction around the driveway to before the cafeteria located in the school building; thence in an easterly direction to the driveway exit on Tomlinson Mill Road.
C. 
The painting of curbs and the location, distance, size and other requirements with respect to the placement of signs and the designation of no-parking areas shall be in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
