A.
All Manalapan Township parks and recreation sites
shall be opened for use by the Township inhabitants and others desiring
to use said park between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to dusk unless otherwise
noted.
Signs setting forth the hours that parks will
be open will be posted at each location setting forth at least the
following:

"PARK HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to dusk.
|

|
VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED."
|
Any person or persons found to be in violation
of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both,
in the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Township
of Manalapan.
