A.Â
No sump pump outlets or drainage outlets shall be
installed on any lot where the piping or discharge for the same is
directed to the gutter of any public street in the Township.
B.Â
No sump pump outlets or drainage outlets shall be
installed on any lot where the piping or discharge for same is directed
in such a manner as to cause the discharge to pond or puddle on the
public sidewalks, rights-of-way or streets.
Any person violating this article shall be subject
to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for 90 days, or both,
in the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Township
of Manalapan. Every day shall be considered a separate and distinct
offense.
