Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the intersections designated in Schedule IX (§ 226-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as restricted turn intersections.

are designated as lane use reservations and traffic shall move as

No vehicle is defined in Title 39 of the Revised
Statutes of New Jersey, except emergency, police, first aid and fire
vehicles, shall access any designated limited emergency access road
nor travel upon said road or right-of-way. The designated emergency
access roads are as follows:
