A.
Whenever a snowfall results in an accumulation of
one inch or more of snow, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle
shall be parked on any street or highway or portion thereof The aforesaid
parking prohibition shall remain in effect until the snowfall has
ceased and until the street or highway has been plowed.
B.
Any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall
be deemed to be a nuisance and may be removed. The owner shall pay
the reasonable costs of removal and storage of the vehicle before
regaining possession thereof.
