Township of Manalapan, NJ Article III Adoption of Renumbering of 2002 Code

§ 241-13 Adoption of renumbering.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-64, the ordinances of the Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan on August 27, 1985, as renumbered to consist of Chapters 241 through 247 and as lawfully amended thereafter are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as Part III of the Code of the Township of Manalapan, hereinafter referred to as the "Code."
