The Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan,
County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, does hereby adopt the current
New Jersey State Sanitary Code, Chapter 8, Body Art Procedures, N.J.A.C.
8:27-1, et seq. and all future amendments thereto. Any person who
fails to comply with the provisions of N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq. while
performing such work is in violation of this section.

The Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan,
County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, does hereby adopt the following
fees:
A.
An application for initial license for a period ending
on the last day of the calendar year in which the license is issued
shall be made to the Health Department of the Township of Manalapan
accompanied by a fee in the amount of $500.
B.
The renewal license fee for engaging in the business
of operating an establishment subject to this chapter within the Township
of Manalapan shall be $200 per year. All licenses shall expire on
the last day of each calendar year. All applications for renewal must
be presented to the Health Department in writing on forms prescribed
by the Board, no later than 30 days from the end of the calendar year.
