[Resolution No. 1994-4, adopted 8-9-1994 by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Snow Hill, amended the Town Charter in conjunction with the codification of the legislation of the town to set forth the name change from "Zoning Inspector" to "Code Enforcement Officer"; to set forth the name change of the "Zoning Commission"; and to revise the penalty provisions. Accordingly, the following sections of the Charter were amended by said Res. No. 1994-4: §§ 66, 68, 74(a)(2) and 109. Former § 103 was deleted in its entirety.]
