The regulations of the Stormwater Management Code of Worcester County,
or the approved Stormwater Management Code of Worcester County as it may be
adopted or changed from time to time, are hereby adopted as the
regulations governing the application, bonding, and construction of stormwater
management facilities in the Town of Snow Hill; and it shall be unlawful to
construct any stormwater management facility in the Town of Snow Hill in violation
of or without complying with these regulations.
Copies of such code(s) shall be kept on file in the Town office for
inspection.
