as stated in the memorandum of understanding dated September 29, 1969, and
on file in the City Clerk's office. This chapter is reserved for future legislation.
Meanwhile, prior ordinances relating to plumbing have been saved from repeal,
and are on file in the office of the City Clerk (Ord. No. 249, as amended
by Ord. No. 252, and the "Rules and Regulations Governing Plumbing and Related
Matters" promulgated pursuant to § 5 of Ord. No. 249).]
