No person shall operate or ride upon a sled
or a sleigh over any street or portion thereof except where appropriated
for such use by the Police Department as follows:
A.
Signs shall have been posted at both ends of the sleigh
or sled run, indicating the age groups permitted to sled thereupon;
"Keep Right" signs shall have been posted along the said run.
B.
Barricades shall have been placed at either end of
the sled or sleigh run, and barricades placed blocking intersecting
traffic.
