The provisions of Chapter 15 of Title 24 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes, as amended, pertaining to wholesale food establishments and the requirements promulgated by the State Department of Health pertaining to the same are hereby recognized as being of full force and effect in the City of Hackensack.

In order to provide for the proper administration
and enforcement of the regulation and requirements referred to above,
a fee of $100 is hereby imposed for the purpose of covering the costs
of inspections, such fees to be payable to the Health Department of
the City of Hackensack.
