No person shall remove any fat, bones or refuse from any butcher shop, meat market or other food establishment within the city except by authority of a license granted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 107, Licenses and Permits. For the purposes of said Chapter 107, the Health Department is hereby designated as the "licensing authority." The annual fee for such license shall be as set forth in Chapter 107.
A.Â
All containers used for the collection and removal
of fat, bones or other refuse from any meat market, butcher shop or
other establishment shall be made of metal and shall have suitable
tight-fitting covers.
B.Â
All vehicles used for the collection or transportation
of any such fat, bones or refuse shall be fully closed except when
engaged in the actual collection thereof.
C.Â
No vehicle used for the collection or transportation
of any such fat, bones or refuse shall remain or be permitted to remain
in any place within the city for any period longer than that necessarily
required for any particular removal of fat, bones or refuse.
