No person shall indulge in or use or utter any loud and offensive or violent or indecent or profane language in the presence or hearing of another which would tend to create a disturbance or which would tend to disturb the public peace and good order or which would be detrimental to the security or health or morals or general welfare of the neighborhood.
A. 
No person shall, by noise or conduct, disturb the quiet or repose of others in the neighborhood to the detriment of the health or morals of any human being.
B. 
No person shall disturb or destroy the peace of the neighborhood in such a manner as to be detrimental to the security or health or morals of any human being.
No person owning or occupying any building or premises shall keep or allow thereon or therein any animal which shall, by noise, disturb the quiet or repose of a neighborhood to the detriment of the life or health of any human being.
Any loud and unnecessary noise which disturbs the public peace, quiet or repose of the neighborhood to the detriment of the life or health of any human being is hereby prohibited.
