The use of all sanitary sewers of the City of Hackensack shall be in compliance with the rules and regulations enacted by the Bergen County Utilities Authority.
The City of Hackensack hereby adopts and enacts the user charge system and industrial cost recovery system contained in the Rules and Regulations of the Bergen County Utilities Authority and authorizes their immediate implementation by the appropriate Bergen County Utilities Authority and authorizes their immediate implementation by the appropriate municipal official, to be designated by resolution of the governing body.
Not fewer than three copies of the Rules and Regulations of the Bergen County Utilities Authority have been and are filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Hackensack and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
The City of Hackensack hereby adopts and enacts the schedule known and designated as "Table 16,"[1] attached hereto and made a part hereof; and any modifications, additions and supplements that may be hereafter adopted. Notwithstanding the user charge imposed by the Bergen County Utilities Authority schedule designated as "Table 16," no user shall be charged less than $10 per year.
