A.Â
No person shall park or allow to be parked any trailer used in connection
with a construction project, on any public property, be it street
or sidewalk area, except in conformance with this article and except
after obtaining a permit therefor from the Engineering Department.
B.Â
All such construction trailer permits shall be issued for a maximum
of six months. Any additional period of time shall require renewal
of the permit.
C.Â
The fee for such permit shall be $150 for each six-month period.
No trailer shall be parked within 50 feet of a driveway, intersection
or fire hydrant.
