A. 
No person shall park or allow to be parked any trailer used in connection with a construction project, on any public property, be it street or sidewalk area, except in conformance with this article and except after obtaining a permit therefor from the Engineering Department.
B. 
All such construction trailer permits shall be issued for a maximum of six months. Any additional period of time shall require renewal of the permit.
C. 
The fee for such permit shall be $150 for each six-month period.
No trailer shall be parked within 50 feet of a driveway, intersection or fire hydrant.
A. 
All trailers in the public roadway must be equipped with a red light at the rear facing the oncoming traffic flow.
B. 
Any trailer adjacent to the public sidewalk must have one light attached to that side of the trailer, illuminating the sidewalk area.
