No person or persons within the Township of Haddon shall fire or discharge
any rifle, gun, pistol or firearms of any kind.

Each and every person violating the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment
for not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge
of the Township of Haddon or other judicial officer before whom such prosecution
may be had.
